Ainsley Reid Retained search has partnered with one of the world’s largest distributors of chemicals and consumables to the Aerospace, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries. Our partner would like to hire a Senior Manager / Business Development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior Management to develop strategic approaches that align with customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging markets.
• Develop and execute strategies for existing and emerging programs.
• Maintain a comprehensive contact plan and applicable organizational structure for our primary customers
• Maintain positive long-term business relationships.
• Remote location will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• An Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline with a concurrent 8 years of relevant experience
• In the absence of a Bachelor degree, 15 years of relevant experience is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in leadership, management and business development
• Able to obtain DoD clearance
