Ainsley Reid Retained search have been retained by our global partner to hire a Sales Representative for their US distribution business.

 

Required Experience

  • Must have 2 years Sales experience.
  • Recent Sales experience.
  • Outbound call centre Sales experience.
  • Transactional call centre Sales experience

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact existing customers in the company.
  • Achieve key performance metrics, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage.
  • Achieve key Quality Assurance metrics for customer experience.
  • Sends professional correspondence per customer request.
  • Makes modifications to customer accounts as needed.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings.
  • Maintains well-organized, safe workstation, and environment.
