Required Experience
- Must have 2 years Sales experience.
- Recent Sales experience.
- Outbound call centre Sales experience.
- Transactional call centre Sales experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers in the company.
- Achieve key performance metrics, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage.
- Achieve key Quality Assurance metrics for customer experience.
- Sends professional correspondence per customer request.
- Makes modifications to customer accounts as needed.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings.
- Maintains well-organized, safe workstation, and environment.
