Outside Sales Representative

Ainsley Reid Retained search have been retained by our global partner to hire an Outside Sales Representative for their US distribution business.

Required experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in outside technical sales.
• Consistently met or exceeded annual sales numbers.
• Consistently prospected via cold calling.
• Presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Responsibilities:

• Grow revenue with customers by introducing products and services.
• Grow customer base through routine prospecting
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding customer requirements
• Close sales opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to new product opportunities.
• Work closely with customers to develop new product offerings
• Provide sales reports to senior management
• Work within company CRM
• Work closely with customers to resolve customer issues.
• Participate in-company training.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Aviation Experience Preferred
