We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join a blockchain start-up, who is making an impact in the industry. You’ll work closely with the Head of Enterprise Sales and be responsible for managing customer interactions in a specific region.
Your main responsibilities will include sourcing leads, building strong customer relationships, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and ultimately closing business deals. You’ll be in charge of a specific territory, which means you’ll need to manage both direct sales and channel and technology partners. You’ll also work with the marketing team to develop messaging and graphics.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, with experience selling enterprise technology such as SaaS or software.
- Strong knowledge/passion about crypto and blockchain.
- Strong forecasting skills and a history of exceeding sales quotas are a must.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
- You should be able to explain complex ideas in simple terms and have experience with CRM, Sales Navigator, and other outbound tools.
