You must have:

- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Solid computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and self-starting.
- Flexible in scheduling.

- College degree.
- Experience in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone and email.
- Coordinate issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal staff members.
- Meet sales goals related to orders and customer service.
- Create, update, or maintain various reports.
