Ainsley Reid Retained search have been retained by our global partner to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their US distribution business.

 

You must have:

  • Fluent in English and other languages.
  • High school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-starting.
  • Flexible in scheduling.

 

We prefer you have:

  • College degree.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service via phone and email.
  • Coordinate issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal staff members.
  • Meet sales goals related to orders and customer service.
  • Create, update, or maintain various reports.
