Ainsley Reid Retained search has partnered with one of the world’s largest distributors of chemicals and consumables to the Aerospace, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries. Our partner would like to hire a Sr. Manager Business Development.

This role will require:

• Ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of data
• Ability to represent business leadership to customers
• Ability to access US only data systems
• Travel required to develop strong customer relations
• S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
• Expert in organizing and leading multi-functional teams
• Experience in performing competitive assessments
• Great communications ability in both oral and written
• Strong knowledge of domain technology
• Established credibility with the U.S. Air Force customer community

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
