Ainsley Reid Retained search have been retained by our global partner to hire a Sr. Manager, Business Development for their US Aviation sales business.

 

You will perform the following responsibilities:

  • Work consistently with Senior Management to develop strategic approaches that align with customer needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging markets.
  • Develop and execute win strategies for existing and emerging programs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive contact plan and applicable organizational structure for our primary customers.
  • Deliberately build, foster, and maintain positive long-term business relationships.
  • Travel up to 50% domestic and international.
  • Remote location will be considered

 

Required Education:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • An Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline with a concurrent 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In the absence of a Bachelor degree, 20 years of relevant experience is required.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leadership, management and sales.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in DoD-focused government service.
  • Able to obtain DoD clearance
