Ainsley Reid Retained search have been retained by our global partner to hire a Sales Manager for their US distribution business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales through modern sales techniques.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Work with Marketing to develop campaigns.
  • Assist team members in closing deals
  • Teach the team to maximize closed rates.
  • Effectively manage the team including hiring, training and quota management.
  • Contribute and collaborate with the sales team.

 

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Experienced in sales and sales coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

 

Preferred:

  • Aerospace or Aviation industry experience
  • Experience developing marketing campaigns.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
