Ainsley Reid Retained search have been retained by our global partner to hire an Inside Sales Representative for their US distribution business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close short-term sales opportunities.
  • Partner with outside sales to gain lead insight.
  • Accountable for achieving overall sales and margin objectives.
  • Identify qualified leads.
  • Manage 20 – 25 outbound calls.
  • Active outbound calling to acquire new customers.
  • Coordinate with Outside Sales reps win new business.
  • Monitor customer buying habits.
  • Field inbound calls and qualify e-commerce leads.
  • Works with Sales Support Lead to close sales.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing required.
  • Proficient in sales techniques
  • Have knowledge in using computer applications
  • Able to work independently and confidently with little supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
